We have users who are experiencing patient search history not populating in registration but populating in EMR. For example, user would search for a patient and open their chart. The previous patients would be on the search history list but for some users, when they go to the search dropdown under registration module, the list is empty. We are on the latest version of cps 12.3. This also happened in the previous version of cps 12.2. we have a case with GE but so far it works after we recreated the user's RDS profile but the issue came back.
