We are in the latest cps 12.06 and we are still crashing with phone notes. Especially if you open a chart, wait a few minutes and then click on phone note. At first i thought it was a our custom phone note, but i was able to replicate this with the demo cps and remoteapp. On the fat client, this does not happen. Anyone else having this issue?
We are also having this issue. We have had this since V12 upgrade. We are using both remote and fat clients. It is consistently happening daily, but not every note. It appears to be whenever there is a prescription refill. We are using the Primary Care phone note that has not been customized.
Yes, we are experiencing the exact same issue since we upgraded to v12. I am able to replicate this issue with a default demo cps test environment with no customization.
Sfhadams, are you having issue with orders as well? Especially with adding/searching for new dx codes?
Can you try this, copy all the files from your FAT client in the Program Folder for your CPS, then replace the ones on your remote session. See if that fixes the issue, i have had this issue once and this resolved it. Also, did you upgrade your CCC forms, if you use them?
I'm not sure what you mean. The fat client is installed in a windows 2k8 r2 server. The remote session works off that folder.
