In the schedule module, i see multiple columns for one of the resouce. The first column is the regular appointments, then the second column is a overbooked appt, then a third column is for more overbooked appts, then the last column is for cancelled appt. Does anyone know why there are two columns for overbooked appt? Thnks.

It will continue to create columns as long as any part of the overbook appt slot is in the same time. For ex if you have an appt from 9-10 then you over book from 9:15-9:30 it will create one then if you overbook 9:45 it will create another one you have to look at your entire days sch. Our Rheum triple books and if our sch's want to see cnl appt they sometimes have 4-5 columns
