Hello, looking for information regarding transcription services and Centricity. We currently still have an in house transcriptionist (I know, I know, very antiquated) who is taking a leave of absence. Instead of hiring another, wondering if there are outside services who can transcribe the info directly back into Centricity. Any help would be appreciated!
We use MMODAL and have been happy with them.
We used to use Acusis before we got the providers off of transcription. Here is a link to their website.

For $100, you could use Cspeak for the month.
We use a combination of IMedx doc assist (straight up transcription) and CSpeak. Imedx is great, they will work with you to get everything you need setup and running, they are a bit on the higher priced side but worth it. We have also used Transdyne, they are very accommodating as well but in the end we ended up going with IMedx due to our experiences with them and their transcription accuracy. Our inhouse transcriptionists use the IMedx software for their transcriptions as well and they do an audit report for us.
I have worked previously for Southern Transcription Services and they are locally owned and operated with a group of very talented and well-supervised workers. The owner is Hannah Morris and this is her website: http://www.southerntranscription.com/ I highly recommend them.
Hello,
We are a growing orthopedic/rheumatology clinic. We are looking for solutions for our physicians regarding documentation. We also have in-house transcription and we currently use C-Speak in the frontend and have some physicians who still dictate and also have physicians who use scribes/templates.
Looking for transcription platform that is compatible with GE Centricity in the frontend and backend without a lot of cutting and pasting, etc. Currently working with Winscribe and have had no success in 3 years.
Also curious if C-Speak has any editing capabilities by transcription? We were told the audio files are not stored on C-Speak and we can't recover the dictation if it is lost or if something happens.
Are there any other orthopedic/rheumatology clinics out there? What do you use?
