Is there a way to get lab data that is populated to the flowsheet from an interface to also go to a lab form, so that the provider does not have to look at the flowsheet for the last values??

Sue, in the help on the Contents tab, expand Using data symbols, Symbols listed by category, Observations. There are quite a few you could use, depending on what you wanted to show. The simplest is do a data display field with the code below (which would show the last LDL value that was in a signed document).
{LAST_SIGNED_OBS_VALUE("LDL")}
