where do the SNOMED codes in the CCC FH-SH form go?

What do they do?

They are not added to the obs term as far as i can tell.

For Family History, they go in the FamilyHealthHistory table as a masterdiagnosisID, referring to the actual snomed code is linked from there in the masterDiagnosis table. CQR picks them up from there, or it did at least when the measure was active, not sure if it still does.
