Having trouble with credentials for some of our providers showing up when they sign off on documentation....anyone know the correct steps to do this?
Is this CPS? We're on CPS 12 SP9. There is a known issue when the suffix is populated, it does not get displayed. I found the trick is to modify the last name. I added "MD" to the last name field, then the suffix was added so it showed "John Doe MD MD." Then I removed the suffix from the last name and the suffix field then displayed as expected.
I've only done it once, so YMMV, but it's worth a try.
We left our suffixes with the last name and left the suffix field blank.
We were having trouble with that too, thank you SLHV that worked for us. It looks like it is important to make the change in the last name field though because that is field that the suffix gets added to in the USR table to actually display, changing any other field and saving does not work, even if it is the suffix field. I add the suffix in the normal field in admin, then I run a SQL script that combines the name with the suffix.
