Auto Populate Orders Form to CPOE A&P Form

Hello,

Our providers would like billing orders to auto populate into the CPOE A&P form. Is any other group doing this?

Hi Jo-Anne,

Our providers are doing the CPOE portion first, and then clicking a button to place the order. The buttons on our Office Visit Code form reference the CPOE A&P-CCC form for the diagnoses codes, so the provider doesn't have to put them on the order. Here is the form:
