Job Summary:
The Clinical Technology Analyst Level 2 role is responsible for providing support and training for the electronic medical record (EMR) projects. This role requires a critical thinker with an eye for detail who has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be a strong independent worker. Flexibility, professional appearance, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial for this role.

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist Director of APG Client Operation with the ongoing maintenance of the GE Centricity EMR Product and subsequent interfaced devices.
- Develops/assists with account management and ongoing training of divisional users.
- Assist in system clean up and daily maintenance.
- Design, maintain, and revise clinical tables, master files, screen menus, etc.
- Evaluate clients’ workflows, documents and procedures for implementation and customized follow-up training.
- On-site/Remote support and issues triage/resolution for clients during the post implementation phase of the project.
- Assist with special “out-of-the-box” technologically innovative and clinically forwarded project.
- Conduct off-site visits to client offices mainly located in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. Approximately 45% travel.
- Some night and weekend remote support may be required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Experience and Education:
- Associates degree minimum requirement
- Medical industry experience required.
- Some EMR/EHR experience required. GE Centricity EMR experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel required.
