TOCA is an Orthopedic practice focused on finding novel and inventive solutions in
patient care. Our client list includes the Phoenix Suns and Mercury. Our experienced
physicians and staff who make up our TOCA team bring expertise in orthopedics,
several subspecialties, fracture care, physical therapy and hand therapy.
TOCA is currently searching for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of two years of recent experience in a medical setting with strong EMR knowledge.
Job Summary: Responsible for Project Management Process including Scope, Plan, Implementation, Training and Maintenance.
Major Duties :
- Develop a detailed Project Plan to monitor and track progress of each assigned project.
- Oversee and keep accountable all involved in Project Process at each phase, making sure deadlines and Go Live dates are being kept.
- Insure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Preform risk management to mitigate potential project risks.
- Insure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Preferred experience with GE Centricity
Minor Duties:
- To be determined and assigned as needed by EMR Manager or the needs of TOCA as a whole.
- Other duties as assigned.

- The ability to prioritize projects based on project variables, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in related field, or its equivalent.
- At least two years experience in medical setting.
