Hello,
I am the project manager for the Medical-Legal Partnership Technology Project (MLP Tech Project) awarded to Montana Legal Services Association.
The MLP Tech Project will expand the capacity of Medical-Legal Partnerships in Montana and Iowa to identify, track, address, and evaluate health‐harming legal needs among low‐income patients by leveraging legal case management systems and electronic health records to overcome social determinants of health and health inequities.
Please click here to view the RFP for a Centricity Programmer to work on various aspects of the project with community health centers and a non-profit civil legal services program in Iowa.
Proposals are due by Monday, May 7, 2018.
