We operate Centricity 12.7 in our Cardiology clinic which currently hovers around 100-120 concurrent users and about 20-25 Physicians. We are on a mix of Citrix clients and FatClients depending on the needs of the specific users. This clinic is also a part of a larger hospital that uses a much larger EMR for most of the rest of the areas so Centricity is the outlier.
Knowledge of other medical applications would also be nice but the primary need is an experienced Centricity Support person to help with day to day technical issues as well as assist the clinical side with Meaningful use tasks.
VFE knowledge also a plus as we have some custom forms in house.
