Are any of you Centricity users getting involved in the All of Us NIH research project ( https://allofus.nih.gov/)?
We are applying for a grant that would allow us to spend money to do the following things:
- Using an application programming interface (API) that supports HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), including Sync for Science, to enable patients to share at a minimum the Common Clinical Data Setof their health information with AoU.
- Create ability to export patient data in a format to support the use of OMOP Common Data Model for sharing data with AoU
Do you know if GE / NewCo would write an API to help accomplish this? If so any ideas on how much it would cost or who to contact?
Thanks
If you need assistance with your project, I would be happy to discuss with you and provide you an estimate. You can contact me at [email protected]
I would be interested in at least following along with such a project and contributing if I can. Let me know if a mailing list, chat group, or other collaboration is organized.
I know Mirth is supporting FHIR ( http://www.mirthcorp.com/community/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=36504815) and has an API. I haven't had a need to look into it much though.

Wouldn't Veritas have to provide this development to continue to be a certified software for MU?
