with more and more healthcare guidlines, clinics are targeting specific patients in an effort to enhance outcome results. Although these patients can be identified on the clinical side, it would be nice to have them identified on the registration side, so when a patient calls, for an appointment or other reason, the caller can quickly tell if the patient is part of a specific program. We would prefer a field rather than a pop up alert.
One approach could be to have logic within the Banner that checks for the existence of the problem (or problems), and then displays something in those top two lines.
How about a field on the "new patient" registration screen for EMAIL? We have no way to remind our staff to request email when creating a new patient from the schedule screen.
