I have a number of providers that have asked for an enhancement - to have the Problem List alphabetized to make it easier for billing. We have some large Primary Care practices and some of the problem lists are very long.
Has anyone every asked GE for this before and I am wondering if this will just be an enhancement request that goes into the big enhancement void?

Yes I asked for this back in 2013 for CPS.

The more enhancement requests they get on an item, the high up the queue it is pushed.

You can alphabetize the problem (or any chart summary) list by clicking the column title Description on the patient problem list. Any of the columns can be sorted by clicking the column heading. Once you do this as a user, the next patient chart you access will show the problem list alphabetized. At least it works this way in 12.0.13. If the user logs out of the application or closes the Chart module, the sorting will need to be redone when accessing the next patient chart.
