Since upgrading to CPS 12 we are unable to use the mouse roller in the billing screen. The mouse roller working fine in every other area of CPS. This is a very annoying change and I don't understand the reason for the change.
Not sure why you can't, but we can use the roller on the billing screen and I have CPS 12 and as of this past weekend we are on release 12.0.7.1559.

We have not been able to use the roller at all in the billing screen since going to CPS12, we are also on version 12.0.7.1559. We are in a GE hosted environment would that have anything to do with this function?
We aren't hosted so that may be the difference.
I noticed this to be the case when connected via RDP/citrix (unable to mouse in billing screen) and when connected via fat client (mouse in billing screen is no issue) .
Not sure if that's your case, but because some of our user connected via rdp/citrix and some connected via fat client -- we were able to easily identify what users were impacted and which were not impacted

Hi anyone found a solution for this? for us, we cannot scroll with rds in windows 2012 but it works fine in 2008 rds.
