Error message when trying to put a document on hold

after removing a value from the flowsheet (and doing absolutely nothing else) I tried to put the document on hold and got this:

"Changes to the clinical lists cannont be signed becaue observations values have been changed or removed via the flowsheet tool."

We have been removing items from the flowsheet for a long time and never got this error before, has anyone else seen it?

I received the same message today. I even changed the document type (thinking it has something to do with permissions) and I still got the same message.

I ended up having to sign the document (bc of the blue lock) and routing to the provider for them to co-sign.
