I am looking for a Meaningful Use Volume report. In the past we have hand counted this information, but it is very time consuming and leaves much room for error. I had expected that this would be available in CPS12, as all providers attesting for Medicaid Meaningful Use must have it. I have spoken to support, who directed me to CHUG or to have a custom report built. If anyone has this custom report and would be willing to share my group would be most appreciative.

Have you installed Clinical Quality Reporting through GE?

We did the CQR install two weeks ago, but I have not been trained. I was told it was on online training and none are available at this time. I was also told the patient volume report was not in CQR, it would have to be a crystal report?

Any help would be wonderful!
The report needs to include:
-Total number of paid encounters/tickets
-Total number of paid encounters/tickets by medicaid/mco payers
-% of patient encounters that are medicaid/mco payers
-Report needs to be ran by resource
Data source for used for report.
The report needs to be ran by date span.

I am looking for this report as well. I actually had a report build by a third-party report builder but it isn't working as well as expected. Looking for another option.

It was not the best solutions but I ended up using analytics. I did talk with a friend who works in a local Rural Health clinic using CPS and they have access to forms we do not. She let me view her UDS reports and UDS Table 5 and Table 5 1A are exactly what we need for MU Medicaid reporting. I tried every way to get those but my sales rep says they are not available to me because we are not rural health. I was extremely disappointed because they are what we need and GE already has them.

Anyone have any luck with this? I had a report built but I'm not happy with it and am frustrated.

Wondering if anyone has been able to come up with a report to determine Medicaid volume for meaningful use eligibility. We are on CPS 12 for PM and 9.8 for EMR. This is the first year attesting with CPS as our PM. We previously had Allscripts and were able to get the data but can't find a report for CPS.
