Portal enhancements are needed for Family Management. Ease of registration – it is difficult to understand the step of connecting the child(ren) to the account. Also password need to be retrieved easily. The patient portal needs to be easier when you are working with a family with multiple members.

I agree with your recent comments. In addition to making suggestions like this to the user group, you can submit them to GE directly if you have an account set up for their service portal. Of course, like everything else in Centricity, it's a little obscure to find. 🙁

2. Click on the product under "Your Solutions", e.g. Centricity Practice Solution
3. Click on "Contact Support"
4. Under Guidance, click on "Additional Contact Information"
5. Click on "Submit an enhancement request"
