I'm looking for a report that will list the names of patients seen who had been referred by a specific physician within a specific period of time. This would give the option to run the report for any/or specific appointment types. I cannot use the New Patient Analysis report because this is a billing driven report that pulls the referring doctor from a billing ticket. I would rather this pull the referring provider from the Referring field on the Patient's main demographic page. Has anyone had such a report built that they can share? Thanks for any help you can give.
