Greetings!

We are looking into ways to report on an algorithm that classifies our patient population into risk categories: low, moderate and high. We are reaching out to see if anyone has something to offer as far as reporting. Does any one have any current workflows? Reports built? Etc.

I appreciate any feedback at all!
