We use CEMR 9.12 sp3. The TOC viewer for the CCDA needs to be closed before the chart can be used. It would be helpful for the TOC viewer for the CCDA to stay open and keep a chart visit open to review chart meds for reconciliation. But the TOC viewer makes the CCDA much easier to read. I now have to close the viewer to be able to go back to the current visit.
