We have to get to a point where we don't need to give users administrative rights to their machines to be able to take pictures. We are very close with using webcams instead of TWAIN devices for pictures but this last step is very important to have a secure computing environment

There are webcams with TWAIN drivers. That was the only solution I found that works with CPS without giving admin rights to the user.
The problem is that CPS calls the Microsoft API and does not feed it any input so it goes with it's default location for the capture file.
