So with the new update that we got on Friday 11-30-2018 we now have the Rx Renewals tab. When clicking on it the screen is empty. How do we start using this screen? Thanks for your time in this matter.
Click on the magnifying glass & this will allow you to select a provider(s) and view their patients rx

Also make sure you updated all the privileges required.
You may want to verify that you have cleared your Internet Explorer cache. Since the Rx Renewal form is an HTML form, I have seen some browsers retain the previous version's content, so things will look weird until you manually clear the cache. This will force the page to reload when you open the new version. See figure:
So I am guessing that since we just got the update on Friday we won't have any at the moment right?

They should have refill request from the entire weekend display too.

There are significant changes from the old Rx renewal method and the new one. I would highly recommend installing and testing this workflow out on a test environment and roll out training to your staff before turning this on. If not, you may have one of the worse days of your life.... or maybe it's too late. If so, my condolences 🙂
