Is it 2020 or 2021?

To my knowledge: It was moved to 2021 and will be available in v19 release

Does anybody know if AUC is not implemented at a site by 01/01/2020, will they be penalized? Trying to interpret the CMS breakdown on whether this needs to be fully implemented by beginning of the year or if facilities still have the full year of 2020 to implement and have it ready by 2021? I'd like to wait to have our organization upgrade for v20 and avoid v19 if possible.
