Hi All,
I have just been talking to one of our Nurse Managers at a site. We have had to setup a few generic users for Triage that cannot login, they are just a recipient for documents and flags/alerts. The workflow is that a Triage Nurse will open the Documents screen or Flags and Alerts and set to view the generic triage user. Is there a way to get the schedule to appear on these screens just like they can do on the Summary screen?

The schedule is only attached to the summary view and not the individual flags or document views.

Yes, when I got views but no answer I submitted a ticket. Cannot be currently done.
