We previously had our logo in our letter header and had no issue. Now we have switched it with a new one and it has caused extreme slowness in the letters and this even occurs now if we put the old one in. If the logo is in it takes at least 30 seconds to sign the letter. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks!

A first thought on this would be the resolution of the image, and the size of the file. The image file may be more detailed (higher resolution) than needed for your laser printer.

good call. I was thinking the same thing, just because you adjusted the size of it doesn't mean it is saved at the new resolution, its the same resolution, its just visually compressed to fit where you want it.
Alternate question, how did you go about adding your logo to the CPS form?
