Has anyone experienced recently their Administered Custom Meds Disappearing from their list? I have a current ticket open with GE to try and figure this out, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
That happened to us after we went live on 12.0 four years ago. I asked our team member who fixed it and he thinks he utilized our test database to look for table (which was still there) with customized administered meds. He was able to import this to live. He doesn't recall doing anything else - and it has not been a problem since. Only "problem" we have is that what I call the "factory meds" get added to the beginning of our lists each month with KBU. My job is to remove them each month. I've checked with another site and they do the same thing, but if others know of quicker process - I'm all ears.
