I'm having an issue with a query I'm running with GE-Analytics. I'm looking for specific data by date of service by appointment type. I know that date of service reports may change, however for some reason the data has been inaccurate as of Oct 2012 (I.e prior months shows one clinic averages between 300-500 new patients then in Dec it shows only 42 new patients).
I've ran canned reports and counted them manually and come up with a much higher number inline with the monthly clinic average which leads me to believe these numbers are inaccurate.
Anyone else having any issues when running queries with Analytics recently?
I'm running CPS 9.0 and have double checked to make sure the jobs had successfully ran the prior night. I've also been in contact with GE and have an open service requrest going on 2 weeks now.
Any insight or comments would be much appreciated.
