Does anyone use a portal other than Kryptiq with EMR? Any feedback would be appreciated.
We use HealthSystems EZ Access Patient Portal, it is better that Medfusion, which we were never ever able to get to work. However, I am actually making a new portal and getting it certified. I am hoping to have it released by the end of this month.
I'll be very interested to see yours acantu. Please send me the URL when you're ready.

We used to have Kryptiq portal and we had a lot of user issues. We now use Myezyaccess and are very happy with it. I can give you contact info if you would like.
Not a problem Dave. I will keep you posted.
Here are features that will be included:
* Patient Dashboard - Request changes by Patient to Registration information (Request Only) - Will require approval for changes to take place.
* Patient Dashboard - Track BMI and Weight (Graph)
* Patient Dashboard - Inbox (Patient Secured Messaging)
* Secure Messaging - Create Group Contacts so patient can send messages - will create flag to those
contacts with information, and can contact back.
* Documents - Patient will have direct access to approved (must be marked to be seen by patient) Signed Clinical Documents.
* Lab Results - Set document types to automatically be displayed to the patient, this can be disabled and can manually be displayed in the document section.
* Appointments - See upcoming and request to cancel up coming appointments.
* Patient Balance - See patient balance and allow to access payment information securely and submitted for retrieval by selected users to process in Centricity
* Patient Balance - See patient Statements
Also, if you guys can think of anything else, please feel free to email me at [email protected] with ideas that can be beneficial to the portal.
Acantu, what about giving the patient the ability to pay their bills on the portal as well as store their credit card information on it? Notifications that they have a bill due.
That is also included with the making payment/viewing balance.
Thanks for your reply. I'd like the contact info you have for myezyaccess.
Thanks,
David
I'd like to see it too.
Thanks,
David
What is your contact info? I will forward to a staff member.
We've been using medfusion for some time. They started out kind of rocky but have been making some amazing improvements in the last two years. Integration and functionality have grown leaps and bounds.
