We were looking into ClientTel for our appointment reminder call system and were wondering what others have experienced with them.

I started using them at the end of March. So far they have been easy to work with and met all my requirements for changes. The Application Service Manger I work with is extremely responsive and helpful. We used to have our staff make the calls so it has freed up a lot of time and we are able to show reports instead of manually tracking calls. Very happy with the switch.
