This question either has a very easy answer or it is a design flaw with CPS 10. I have one user who's appointment clipboard keeps disappearing in the schedule module. We then have to go up to VIEW-and recheck appointment clipboard. Fixed right? No, then the snag comes when the user tries to drag an appointment to the clipboard...it won't let her until you close the schedule screen and go back in. Any thoughts on how to get the appointment clipboard to stick?

My only advice is to make sure that window is "docked" on the left side of the screen. That should do the trick. Otherwise, I say it's Gremlins.
On a side note, if you are using the clipboard to reschedule..I recommend cancelling the original appointment with the reason of "reschedule" then booking the new appointment for tracking purposes.

I have a peer who's appointment clipboard was inadvertently removed from her schedule. When selecting "view" and "appointment clipboard" a blank box appears in the middle of her screen. I have had her log out and back into CPS but this has not resolved the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this may be happening and how to resolve so she can add the clipboard back into her line of site on the schedule?
