Anyone recommend an appointment confirmation system that they are using? We are looking for a very simple solution that we could upload our appointment list and have confirmation calls or emails go out and receive a response report either back into EMR or access it from a tool.
Please let me know. thanks!

We use Vital Interactions. Very easy system to start up and maintain. It does text, e-mail and calling. It does report back to our centricity schedule.
