We are looking to source a new vendor to do appointment reminder calls. What are the reasons you chose your current vendor? What has your experience been both good or bad? What has the turn around time been for changes (i.e. Provider addition/deletions, location moves, message changes, etc.)?
We used Televox for many years and just switched to Vital Interactions. We are not live yet but so far the set up has been easy. More choices with Vital and they automatically send surveys to the patients after the visit which was important to us.
We just signed up with EZ Reminder. Text or voice messages from PM or EMR.
I would like to join this thread because we currently use Call point and I am not sure it is meeting our needs
We use HealthGrid. We are using them for Mobile Check-in with a reminder 72 hours before the appointment. Also, when the patient arrives tot he clinic, they can check-in via an ipad, if they did not check-in via Mobile. We also do PHQ2 and PHQ9 screening through there platform as well.
