Hello CHUGGERS, I have a favor. Is there ANYONE in the Austin, TX area or the proximity that would be willing to let one of my clients billers come shadow you for a day in Centricity PM? While she is getting training, they would still like to see processes in action specifically the appeals, collections and month end. Anyone willing?

Our billing dept was recently flooded out of their offices and we are in the process of relocating them. Once we get settled we could have someone shadow us assuming you can waith 4-6 weeks.
