We use InDxLogic to auto-index our reports but have an issue with it pulling the incorrect date as the clinical date. The date on the fax header may be 8/1/12 but the actual visit date is 7/29/12 and InDxLogic is auto-indexing them with the date of 8/1/12. We have turned off the auto-indexing on reports and are manually indexing them but I would like to know if there any way you can change the clinical date on a signed document? Right now we have to "file in error" and resubmit the document.
Any ideas or suggestions?

If you contact InDxLogic support I believe they can put a fix in place that "ignores" the fax header (basically ignores the top inch of the page for dates).

Tried that. They don't but are working on it. I just needed a way to change the date once it's been indexed. Thanks though.
