We use Callpointe. I can give you an opinion from the IT perspective. It is great. Seems to be rock solid as far as getting the appointment information to them. Their support is great when we upgrade CPS and need their help.
From what I have heard I think it works great from the managers' perspectives. I have heard some complaints but they would be complaints that would occur with any service. The one complaint which was addressed was a mixup where patients were called more than once but we were scrambling and moving some doctors appointments around per their request and I think we confused the system. I don't recall if they are working on a texting capability or not but that would be the next cool thing that patients would like to see.

We use VoiceNT and have been for quite a few years. We run a report and import the data into this system.
Our office uses PhoneTree and we have had good luck with them so far
