Would like to know if anyone has knowledge of how we can capture several signatures at one time. I work in the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Programs and would like to capture signatures of our staffings of patients.

If you are routing your document to several people during the visit, perhaps you can build a button inside your forms for each section the user fills out. For example: Vitals Form - add a button that says "taken by" and it will insert the signed in users name when clicked. Then, when that person routes the document to the next person, there is a button in that section they fill out. Just an idea.
Another idea is to modify your security document signing privledges so that an additional signature is required on your document.

We route to multiple assciates the only problem is when the "patient" needs to sign the document then we print it up after everyone has signed and scan that into the computer.

I would be willing to have a discussion about what we have completed. We provide outpatient services. We make referrals for detox.
