I just finished watching the Readiness Wednesday webinar. Does anyone know how to share the computer based training modules for version 20 so that the user doesn't have to have an Athena portal log in? I asked this question during the webinar but don't feel like it was answered?? I know they said they were working on this functionality a few weeks ago.

I posed the same question to my VAR. Ours is making training videos available to their customers and won't require a separate account for each person. I don't have them yet, so I'm not sure what they will be like and can't speak to the quality. However, maybe check with your VAR and see what they will have available. I've done all the Athena CBTs, and I think they are very lengthy to do them all. Being short staffed, busy in the office, and not being able to hold an in-person staff meeting, training is going to be a challenge this time around. I'm hoping the videos from our VAR will be more to the point.

I know this isn't ideal, but we recorded the videos in a go to meeting and then made them available in a shared drive or emailed out to staff. At least gets you immediate results.
