Has anyone recently installed CPS 12.0.11 Patch 6a and/or the Unsigned Clinical List Changes patch? If so, have you noticed any improvements or issues (new or old)? Thanks so much!

Yes. We recently installed the patch 2 weeks ago. The only new issue we've come across since the install is that it broke our Dragon software. After installing the patch, if you tried dictating in certain area's of a chart (flags, appends, Text version of the Update, etc.) it would kick us completely out of Centricity. Dictating within the Forms themselves seemed to be OK though.
There is a workaround, requiring you to update a Dragon text file on all the workstations that use the Dragon software.

It is my understanding that this Dragon issue is only with Thick Client installs. We are on a Citrix environment and did not have any issues with Dragon after installing Patch 6a. I have seen other Thin Client users in the CHUG forums also state that their Dragon was fine after Patch 6a. Every instance of Dragon issues with Patch 6a that I have seen so far in the forums have all confirmed that they are using Thick Clients. Nick, I assume that you also are using Thick Clients, correct?

Yes. Our users only use Dragon with the thick client.
