Has anyone figured out how to route a e prescription to another provider if it comes in incorrectly. We are able to edit the erx, but when changing the provider it will not remove it from the wrong providers desktop.

if you change the authorizing provider on the erx to the correct provider, and put the refill on hold, it will automatically route it to the erx renewal tab of the correct provider. Are you live with EMR 9.10?

We just installed in our test environment, but since the major change has to do with Rx renewals, and we don't seem to have our test environment set up to use EScriptMessenger, I'm not sure how we can really test it thoroughly and train providers... feeling nervous about how to deploy in production over here. Any tips?
