We are planning on upgrading to 12.2 soon. I am hoping someone on here can help elaborate what the new workflow will look like for the RX renewals.
Has anyone already made a Job aid/SOP on this?

I have a set of training slides I created for the upgrade based on role for CPS 12.2 Service Pack 0. We brought in all prescribers for hands on training and we gave them a quiz. Non-prescribers Everyone else got an automated slideshow. Also, I created a couple of refresher trainings to deliver the week after upgrade. CPS 12.2.0 is slightly different than the service pack that is available now, and my slides contain a little bit of custom content.

Hi Sandy, were you able to test Rx renewals in the test environment? we are currently testing CPS12.3 and we will start training providers and staff soon. Did you just train of screenshots and slides?

I'd be interested in knowing how hard/easy it is to test rx renewals in the test environment. We decided to wait and go from 12.0 to 12.3.
