We are upgrading from CPS 10 to CPS 12. We currently use all custom forms and are worried how these are going to transfer over to CPS12. Has anyone had any issues with your own forms not working after the upgrade?

No problems, all custom forms.

We upgraded in November, and use almost exclusive custom forms. Have had no issues yet. Good luck!

Custom CCC or VFE forms? No problems per say, but upgrading with CCC can be tricky.

All mine worked, and we don't use any CCC forms.

All custom forms here...no issues moving from CPS 10 to CPS 12.

No forms issues but we did have a couple of issues with some MEL stuff not working right 100% of the time in CPS12.
