Our superuser team is working on creating new workflows for the Medication Administration and Immunization forms in CPS 12 (the new HTML forms).
We don't understand why the Immunization form does not have a field for the Provider to "Request" and then the clinical staff to "Administer". The Medication administration form does have this built in.
In other words, why is there not a place in the Immunization form to show that the provider has Ordered the Immunization and yet the Medication Administration form does have this (??).
We have been asked the same thing. Also you will note that the new Immunization Management form does not allow you to list Manufacturers. The med admin form allows you to add them and this one does not. I am finding that a lot of the new forms work halfway, but not fully. It almost feels rushed.
