I have been looking for information or issues with Service Pack 12. Has anyone installed this yet and what kind of issues have you ran into.

We have been up on SP 12 for a couple months and have not noticed any new issues and resolution of some older issues. It was a realtively easy install ec=xcept for having to touch every machine in our fat client environment.

We have been running on 12.0.12 for several months after upgrading from 12.0.10 Patch 4. My sense is that the clinical side is a little more stable, but the PM side is less stable. I don't have providers/nurses reporting crashes but I do have more instances from billing and front desk staff. We are an FQHC so it is also possible that the addition of Visualutions is complicating the issue for us. Given all that, the numbers are quite low for the previous month.

Were pretty happy with SP12. Reduced crashing a further 10ish% and only created two minor issues over SP10 for us and those two issues were actually created in SP11.
