CPS12.3 Crashes when you Click on Documents from Desktop

We are having issues with users, where every time they click on Document from their Desktop, CPS crashes and kicks them out. It happens to different users, at different times and usually last about a day and then it stops. I had the issue one day and it stopped the next day and never has come back. Some users have it come back every couple of days or so. Has anyone experienced this problem and found out what causes it?

Any chance there is a CCDA document on the users desktop? Maybe its the first document in the list?
We have seen this type of behavior w CPS 12.2
