Hello,
We just upgraded to CPS 12.3. We are having issues with freezing in the Registration module. It happens when users are trying to take a patient picture. The session freezes, and then all of the information that was entered is lost.
It appears to be an intermittent issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We are having similar issues:
- Freezing in billing screen and patient registration
- Cursor keeps on circling and never moves from there
- Red lines going across the screen
- Centricity shutting down on the user right in the middle of data entry
- Also freezing when someone tries to print a receipt
We have a support ticket into our VAR. I will update a fix for these problems once we have it so that you know where to go with it.
