In August, we upgraded from 12.3.1 to 12.3.2. This created a few new issues for us as expected but since then, we've also been instructed to run a CQR Fix script and we're about to run a Billing Crash script and was wondering if anyone has any success or regret stories about the billing fix? The CQR fix seems to have broken more than it fixed so before I spend an entire night installing another "fix", I want to make sure it actually "fixes" something.
Any information would be appreciated.
We have ran both of those scripts and I'm not really sure if the latest version of the CQR script helped, but it did not hurt. The Billing script helped us with the issue we were having (I'd have to go through my Cases with Virence to remember what the exact issue was).
Has Virence Support asked you to run any Support Captures, yet? These have been quite a big help in determining some issues in our system. The Support Captures do more than just check things inside your database, but actually check settings on your servers as well.
