We upgraded to 12.2 over the weekend and at one of our providers workstations he gets the following error when he tries to add a form to an encounter:
"Cannot insert note component. One or more documents content locks are in place."
Anyone know what is causing this?

Perhaps try the unlock documents feature in Centricity Admin Tools ( https://engage.gehealthcare.com/community/en/cps/downloads#tools).
