Hello fellow CHC, FQHC Centricity users! Quick question for you….do you see dental and medical visits? If so, do you use case management to keep the insurances separate? If you do, do you have any issues with this?
I have been recently working with a FQHC and we implemented case management for the dental patients. The dental scheduling person does not like it because she says the information doesn’t always “stick”. I have yet to see an example.
Any thoughts or comments on using case management? Your thoughts are appreciated.
We use case mangement for our dental visits. We also set up all of our dental insurances with a list name that starts with the letter D to let us know that it is for dental visits only. This seems to work very well for us.
